Making the invisible cycles of daily life visible through biometric data visualization.
Challenge
Polar commissioned a visual language for complex biometric data. The work needed to reveal sleep, activity, and heart-rate rhythms without feeling clinical.
Solution
Kirell Benzi Studio designed circular visualizations mirroring the 24-hour clock and watch dial form. The system used colour, shape length, and rhythm to reveal each person's daily pattern.
Outcome
The artwork demonstrated the expressive potential of biometric data and created a clear visual language for human circadian patterns.
